Does anyone have "Cooking with Pomiane"?

Elizabeth David wrote an article about Edouard de Pomiane, whom she greatly admired. She talks about an unusual cherry tart made with bread dough. Though she quotes his comments on the tart, she doesn't give the actual recipe. Google searching turns up only other people's versions of how to do this. I can come up with that myself. What I would really like is to see de Pomiane's exact words. I may buy the book from Amazon, but I thought maybe one of you has it and can tell me exactly what he says.
