From last evening's local car cruise. This vintage 8 door Dodge van got a lot of attention. In the second pic, that would be the engine in the place where the cover is standing open...right between the front seats. Not sure , but I believe it was a 1967 model.

Jetty at almost 5 months old - what a big pup! You can see where the outside cat did not like that big nose... The willow farm looks like the farms around here - pretty.

And the Energizer Bunny is a species of alkaline. Pink alkaline if I recall. I used to have an Energizer Bunny screen saver. Good for a lot of laughs.

Carol, yes, we went to the north shore of Mono. There is a long boardwalk down to a beach area and viewing platform (I visited the other shores last fall where there are a lot more tufas). Just as we were approaching the beach and viewing area, hundreds of shorebirds exploded into the air like nothing I've ever seen. We continued to the viewing area, wondering what would have caused such a stir ... when we saw it ... a large, wet badger strolling along the beach. Jodi-
