Anyone heard of the Hermitage Collection Flooring + glue down?

Thanks again for everyone's advice so far on flooring. Still agonizing but closer to final. We received a sample of The Hermitage Collection (http://www.thehermitagecollection.com/) and looking at chianti and cognac. I still love the look of the rift sawn white oak but folks have been cautioning me that it doesn't go with my more traditional home, which is a tudor two story that is not open concept.

The chianti and cognac looked really rich and pretty but...

(1) I can't seem to find any information or reviews on the brand

(2) I'm still confirming but it says that it needs to be glued down not floated/nailed, should I be concerned there? House is in LA.

(3) It says that it uses a UV-urethane topcoat. I've mostly been looking at oiled because I have 2 very destructive boys. I'm also concerned about potential toxicity of urethane coats?

Any and all advice welcome as we continue on our quest. Thank you thank you again for helping this newbie.
