It is impossible to tell from your photos which direction your window is facing and how much (or little) light comes through. Also, your zone is important. Light coming through a window in Florida can be quite different than light coming through a window in Pennsylvania. If you have plants that are getting "leggy," they need more light, maybe direct sun. Haworthias, generally, don't need a lot of direct light -- a strong west window might work. I have mine outdoors all year and they get a lot of bright light, but almost no direct sun.

Your soil is too peaty. Thoroughly remove all soil from their roots and repot into 50/50 perlite and cactus and succulent soil

ID on your cuttingd and leaves are pachyphytum,maybe p. virides. You can ID them better when thry grow into form. Enjoy!

I see your grow light now, that's great you have one. I can see it's several inches above your plants. Maybe at night you can lower it to within a few inches, 4" or so of your plant tops, for at least a few hours. You need to make your plants all the same height/level, by raising the small ones on pedestals. Anytime you increase light/sun do it gradually to prevent burn. If you search light set-up here you'll find some of the "pro" growers whose lights are always very close to the plants. My suggestion to you for night lowering would allow your plants to enjoy natural light during the day and get extra from your set-up at night.

I can see that your plants are already etiolated. The sedum and jade plant on top.

I also see a sunny window with a little varanda with railing and a space on the bottom where you have a little planter. Why don't you use it? That planter outside could be used for the jade and the sedum and wouldn't have to worry about light.

The Haworthia ia you have in the second picture don't need to be outside and can stay where it is, but you still need to turn the pot around once in a while to compensate the direction the plants are leaning.
