Blueberry plants turning red in center of leaves

Just purchased some blueberry plants I saw hiding in home depot in the corner. They looked healthy enough so I thought I'd give it a shot. The soil had pine bark amended into it and I let it sit in it's pot about a week now. All is week growing fine I go to move it out from under my patio and into full sun and the last three days we have had heavy rain. I'm in South Florida and the hot sun coupled with the rain I'm worried changed the ph of the soil or washed away it's nitrogen.

The leaves changed on the bottom branches to dark red brownish in the centers not the edges. Is this what I suspect? I plan to plant this week but I want to hold off if water is the issue.

I also have organic blood meal and more pine to help amend when planting. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
