Bluejay Blueberry Bush - leaves turning purple after planting

Hello,

I received two bluejay blueberry bushes last week that are about a foot tall. They arrived in great shape. I had been working the soil for about a month before they arrived. I added sulphur, mulched leaves, and turned the soil often. When I planted the bushes, I mixed in a generous portion of coconut coir and sprinkled in some Down to Earth brand Acid Mix. It has since been pretty cool (highs in the 60s with lows in the lower 40s upper 30s). All that said, I am wondering if the leaves are turning purple because they may think it's fall? Is it likely that the plant will turn around once warmer weather picks up? It doesn't seem to be dying or withering, just changing color. It was a nice mint green when it showed up. Thanks in advance for any input.
