Hi so I am renovating things in the house. I am a first time home buyer and I am very limited on money. My Mom had all my insulation removed because it was really old and dirty (some rodents had been in attic at one point) it is now clean and sealed. Can I re-install the insulation before the recessed lights? I know it is easier to do the lights first but I am running really low on money and no insulation is killing my electric bill. Advise appreciated. Thanks
