Opinions on my soil test from picture
Comments (3)I might add a little soil sulfur to try to lower the pH; lemons do best at under 7 and they thrive between 6 and 7. Beyond that, if you start applying the new fertilizer according to label instructions, you should be fine. Your soil analysis only shows the residual levels and not what is in the plant; a leaf analysis is what is necessary if you really want to know what the plant needs; but that is almost overkill for a container plant....See MoreFirst test post to hosta forum with smart phone app
Comments (31)I am trying to understand why you want to view garden pictures on a tiny phone screen, when I can see it much larger on my PC. How can you appreciate nature on a tiny screen? I have a fast DELL PC and RoadRunner Broadband, no problems here. We happily got rid of cellphone plans many years ago, now have Tracphones only in our cars for emergencies. (In my past work life I was in high speed controls). Bernd...See More'Doctor will not give you test results over the phone.'
Comments (20)Went to PT, filled out seven pages of stuff (boy, medical offices must be drowning in paperwork these days!), and saw a very nice young woman who evaluated my range of motion, etc. She told me the results of my MRI: two inflamed tendons, swollen joint, inflamed muscle, some arthritis, and the possibility of muscle tearing (the MRI didn't rule it out). She said the treatment for this sort of injury is basically the same with or without an MRI. For that reason, most physicians take a wait-and-see attitude about the MRI, and hold off until it can be determined whether or not treatment is helping. So it seems that my teenage doctor jumped the gun with the MRI. Isn't that nice? I know it doesn't carry the sort of risk that a CT scan would (at least I hope it doesn't), but I hate to have anything done unnecessarily. The cost to the insurance company, the waste of my time and gas, etc. Not to mention that lying still in an MRI tube listening to hammering is not my favorite way to spend any amount of time. Twice-weekly treatment is underway. More time, more gas.....but at least this has the potential to do some good. Thanks, everyone!...See MoreCan I post a picture from my phone?
Comments (4)Yes. I have Android, click on the photo option at the bottom of the post it opens a menu, on mine I chose documents, that opens a new menu, there I choose gallery where my pictures are stored, I go to the picture I want and select it. That will open it in the box, click submit....See MoreLisa Adams
