Need some advice about a/c location
Comments (3)Does system "A" cool the waiting room and studio A? Is this the first cooling season of use? If not: Did it work in previous years? I think if system "A" is pulling return air from an unconditioned space, that is cresting more load on the system and it may not be sized for that. If possible adding a small piece of duct to connect the return grille from the waiting room directly to the air handler and eliminating picking up return air from the unconditioned space should help. Since there is a return grille in the door from studio A to the waiting room, the thermostat could be placed in studio A near the door. That should help control the temp in studio A...See Moreneed some advice on console sink and supply lines location

Comments (3)Thanks for your help...the zodiaq cappucino is actually very light, it is creamy and has some pink tones in it. Everything so far is coming together. I just am really having trouble with the faucet, especially since I plan on ordering it online. I failed to mention the backsplash is going to be glass with all the colors of the kitchen in it. So the sink area is driving me crazy! The white window, the iron-like bronze pendant, the stainless steel sink, the creamy white cabinets, the light creamy/rose cappucino, and the glass tile with brown, cream, rose. I don't know if the light fixture and faucet in oil rubbed bronze will be too much in that small space. Then again, if I get the silver toned one it would need to match the sink. And then would it clash with the pendant? Thanks for your ideas....See MoreCry for help!!! Kitchen faucet in wrong location??
Comments (21)I just did the same thing as javiwa and checked my 70/30 and it is installed as yours is - off center. And like javiwa's my counter swoops in to follow the line of the sink and that is where the faucet is set. Honestly, I like how it's set and would think that it would be awkward if it was to be centered. Your installer is, I think, correct. My advice is to try to live with it for a bit. I suspect if you want it centered you will have to get a different sink....See MoreSusan L
