How fun! I have Nigerian Dwarf goats. They provide a very Rich milk - more so than other milk goats. Last year after I sold the babies I kept milking them and tried making cheese for the first time. I didnt listen to the "experts" that said, make a simple cheese first! I wanted motzerella! Well, my first batch was a flop, but it was still edible. It was sorta the consistancy of ricotta, so I used it for calzones. :) YUM. I did make ricotta with the leftover whey too. That was the easiest part. :) It was so disappointing though, every single step through the process was Picture Perfect! Until the last step, spinning. It wouldnt spin! :( I think I got it too hot. My second batch was perfect! Oh boy was it good.!! It was maybe a little tough, more like string cheese, but it was good stuff! Well, I have baby goats right now, 4-5 weeks old. Hiya Nikki, if you look at your photobucket album you will see the options on the top right side of the screen that says upload from "your computer, web url, cell phone or email", choose cell phone and then it will give you the email address to send your pictures straight from your cell to your photobucket account. I just did it for the first time the other day. They will send you a confirmation text message back to your cell. I don't know how to turn that part off though. I got a little annoyed at my phone buzzing every time I uploaded another pic! lol! Hey Karen, Mmmmmm, that cake and ice cream sound awesome! Chocolate cake and frosting are one of my favs! OMG!!!! The turkey pops are too darn cute, but.... OH FLAMEY you're in SO much trouble now young lady!!!!! I almost fainted when I went and peeked at what she had for the month of December! They were ALL cute as buttons! The Santa upside down cupcakes were adorable! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I am drooling and have visions of all these goodies in my head!! Didya see the chocolate chip cookies?? huh?HUH? Didya? I know I won't have time to make them next month....wonder if I should start now??? Bwaaahahaha

I'm looking for feedback from other owners of GE Monogram French Door ovens, specifically this one https://appliances.monogram.com/us/specs/ZTSX1FPSNSS (and maybe Profile and Cafe), WITH the new Touch Screens. Has anyone had issues with the display locking up? I'm not hitting the "lock" button. We've had our new oven for about 3 week. The display has become unresponsive about 20 times. Most of the time in unfreezes in 5-20 seconds or when we open the French doors. Yesterday it locked up to the point I had to reset the breaker. I have also been able to get it to lock if I jump back and forth between function for a minute or two. I called GE and they said they had not heard of this issue, but it really feels like a firmware glitch that others would have experienced. This has occurred with the old firmware and the new release that it downloaded last week. I have to say, the new firmware is pretty cool. New wallpaper, more sound themes and fun food fact.
