Cardio machines at my gym
I'm trying to lose weight. My gym only has 3 cardio machines: elliptical, treadmill and cycling.
Most people know how elliptical and treadmill machines look like. But cycling machines are a bit diverse so I'm including a photo of the type of cycling machines my gym has (see below).
When I'm on the cycling machines I never feel as though I'm losing any calories. I tend to prefer doing 20 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill. But that's just me. Others may have a better idea.
Anyway, I'd love to know how I can take full advantage of the 3 cardio machines in my gym. Should I simply continue to just use the elliptical and treadmill machines?
