I too thought I finally earned my menopause badge.

Back in October of 2015 I got my period at my regular cycle. Seven months later nothing and then in April of 2016, WHAM a period from hell.

It's was so bad I couldn't go to work. After a couple of days it stopped and went back on to a regular cycle for 3 months. Then in July of 2016 I got it and it was very heAvy, lasted 3 days and gone.

As the months passed, (8 months to be exact) which I loved because there was no period to worry about and was finally hoping that I was over everything. Did I think wrong, I was at work and surprised to see that I was bleeding. Said to myself this can't be, but I was so wrong, seems after all those months my body was not ready to say goodbye to my period.

Once again I've had the heavy bleeding and just hoping this will be the last of it.

BTW I'm 53 and I can't wait till this is all over . Was reallly getting used to not having it.
