Help with Trane HVAC Quote!

Hi. I was hoping that someone could give me an idea if a recent HVAC quote I received was reasonable. The quote is from a highly reputable HVAC contractor who has serviced my current system for over 18 years. Our home is in upstate NY, about 4500 square feet and is very well insulated. This HVAC contractor installed the original system and our ductwork which would not change.

Quote: Install two Trane 96% furnaces, (one 60,000 BTU and one 80,000 BTU), variable speed, two stage, Models S9V2B08OU3 and S9V2BO6OU3; install two Trane air conditioners--36,000 BTU, 18 SEER, Two stage, Model 4TTR7036 (XR 17); install two Trane programmable Smart thermostats, Model TCONT824; install 2 Trane whole house bypass style humidifier systems, Model THUMID200; install two Honeywell whole house media style air cleaners, Model HWf100; install new larger return air drops for proper air flow. Total: $19,143.00 less $1550 in rebates for a net total of $17,593.00. They are also offering a higher end package, substituting two XC95m and XV18s for a net total of $18,673.00, but are not pushing it and are suggesting the first package instead.

Is this reasonable? Thanks for any guidance you can offer!
