The first one looks like Oceanside Glass tile. You can customize the mosaic by picking the shape and color choices or just go with one of their pre-made combos. The bottom one could be from anyone. Mr Clean magic erasers don't have bleach in them. Some examples do seem to have detergent built in. I would attack the paint spatters with a single-edge razor blade, then any remaining spots with lacquer thinner. Barkeeper's Friend is very effective on rust stains, because it has some oxalic acid in its recipe, other than that the abrasive is mild like Bon Ami. A 1910 house that I have worked on had two of those sinks, each in one of the housekeeping/janitor closets. Imagine a house with 2 plumbed janitor closets; they had a full staff, like Downton Abbey!

ok ok, if you love the toilet keep it and I didn't realize you already had it LOL. I totally understand there are just some items we love and gotta have :) for me I went cheap on the light fixtures and other little details but splurged on the vanity top for example - but I knew I wanted quartz so I get it when there is stuff you love. How far past the 30 days are you? you can always call and say you're not happy with the vanity and see if they will take it back. Otherwise the piece is still very nice looking. You may find a spot somewhere else in the house for it.. or with time someone may eventually buy it. With 96" in your space I think a modern custom vanity fit exact to the space will look great. I was quoted Kitchen craft cabinets and they are frameless and have the modern look & feel. They were pricey but may be in your budget. I think Kitchen craft is just a mid grade line. I could be wrong though. My vanity came last night and I'm very happy with it. The pics are hard to see because we have it in our tiny den and the lighting isn't the greatest. We went for more of the traditional look. It's a cherry front with a pretty dark/reddish finish. I can't wait to see what it looks like installed with the new top. I paid $1050. I will try to post pics from my phone.

I don’t think it is porcelain. I saw it in a new construction and they said it is quartz.
