What type of repair person for this?

Hello....I own an older home (built mid 50's) and it appears the former owners did a half assed DIY job on most repairs. For now my bathroom is my main concern. The tiles are popped and cracked in front of the toilet. When you sit on the toilet you can feel it shift ever so slightly. I pulled up part of a tile and it appears there was water damage at some point but it's dry now. The saddle is even cracked in two places. And the wood floor in front of the bathroom door seems to have rotted and they filled it in with wood putty. The wood boards actually compress in when you step on them in front of the door. What professional should I call to get this fixed? I'm basically asking to be pointed in the right direction. I'm new to this home repair thing. I was thinking maybe a Plummer...or a general contractor? Any advice would be great!!!
