A little O/T, but I always store fresh blueberries in the freezer. I store them in the little plastic boxes that they come in, but I use them up in two or three weeks. I freeze them because I am afraid they might go bad in the fridge, plus I use them mainly in the yogurt that I take with me to work to have with granola for breakfast. In the morning, I put the yogurt I want to take in a small bowl (with tight lid) and then add as many frozen berries as I want to the yogurt. The berries help keep the yogurt cold, and so I don't have to refrigerate it. By the time I am ready for granola, the berries have defrosted.

I probably undercharge, but out here in the sticks, prices just aren't that high. $3 a dozen, or $2 a half dozen. I based that on our local farmer's market, where sellers sell cookies 3/$1, and they are bigger than mine. Last time I packaged them 6 per package a girl bought a package of chocolate chip and wandered around eating them, then left. She came back in about half an hour with $10 and bought 3 dozen more. I never sold her any yard sale stuff, but I sold out of cookies, LOL. Annie

Dave, there's no way to get the deliciousness of a proper molasses cookie with sorghum! And it's too thin. You'd have to adjust the recipe.
