Kitchen Cabinet comparison

We have our plans for our kitchen remodel and have begun getting cabinet quotes. Looking at the ubiquitous off-white painted shaker style. Have quotes from three places for Omega (frameless), Brookhaven (frameless), and Medallion Gold (framed). All following the same layout and features including plywood upgrades. The Omega and Brookhaven are about the same price, both significantly higher than we expected. The Medallion is about what we expected. According to the interweb, the Brookhaven and Omega seem to be higher end and Medallion Gold is like middle of the pack. To me they all look/feel about the same. Medallion has 12" deep uppers vs 13" uppers for the other brands. The Brookhaven guy said that their increased cost is due in large part to the superior paint finish technique they use. We're on the fence with framed vs frameless, but realize that accounts for some of the difference.

If we're happy with the look and feel of all 3 brands, is there any reason not to go with Medallion at a significant savings? Is the increased price for those brands justified by better quality construction and finish that we will notice over time, or is it not really significant?
