Water Softener Recommendation

I will be building a retirement home starting this summer and would like some guidance on sizing a softener.

The home will be about 2100 ft², 2 bath but I will be the only one living there most of the time. On occasion, there will be a couple of guests for a few days at a time. Water usage will probably be about average with no high flow tubs etc. or multi-headed showers. Water supply line will be 1".

The water is sourced from a private water company but is treated like municipal supply so it is chlorinated. The source is a deep aquifer. Below is the report the water company provides.

Arsenic (ppb) 1.5-2.4
Barium (ppb) .033-.057
Copper (ppb) .0118
Fluoride (ppb) .045-.84
Lead (ppb) 4.23
Nickel (ppb) 0-.45
Sodium 29
Zinc .011
Selenium (ppb) 1.4-6
Thallium (ppb) 0-.1

Alkalinity 230mg/L
Calcium 44 mg/L
Hardness 230 mg/L
Iron Hardness .39mg/L
Magnesium 30 mg/L
Manganese .0014 mg/L
Potassium 4.0
Sulfate 120 mg/L
TDS 450 mg/L
Turbidity by nephelometer 8.6 nut
Zinc .020 mg/L

From what I have read it looks like a Fleck 5600 SXT metered system would be a good fit. I'm willing to upgrade to a higher quality, domestically sourced resin like Purolite if it is recommended.

If I've missed anything, let me know and I will do my best to provide any additional information required.

Thanks in advance.
