Need Help with Just About Everything

User

I do in fact need help with just about everything, but first things first -- DH and I are downsizing and building a townhouse ( just retired). The plan I am posting will be modified to create a bigger master bath, but otherwise, this is the plan.

We have some very nice Ethan Allen (Royal Charter) furniture that we bought 40 years ago that I would like to use in the new home, but I can't figure out which pieces or how to do that. The furniture is heavy, dark, oak, and I want to have a lighter look to the smaller home we are building. Suggestions? Or should I pass along the furniture to Goodwill and just start over with something more modern?

I am posting the pieces that I have ( 2 of the library units). I realize that not all the pieces will even fit in the smaller townhouse, but can I salvage anything?

I am also posting a picture of Adura Max flooring that I thought I would like to use throughout.

Thanks for your thoughts.
