I'm sorry, but that's too tall an order -- everything you need to know.

Since you already know there's a lot of info. on here, I suggest you READ it. You'll find much of what you'll need to know, if you'll just take the time to READ it.

You'll find what you need about mixes, watering, pruning on various recent threads. Also pls. see the FAQs at the top of this forum. There's one on Jades also full of info.

You might consider things like how long since the mix was changed & taking out all dead leaf debris from the pots, also more sunlight if you can manage it.

They don't look so bad to me, but I'd start thinking about cutting back long spindly growth as it won't get nicer over time.

Sorry, I don't know how to post a link, but likely the more knowledgeable folks on here will also refer you to existing threads on this site rather than re-write everything from scratch, too time consuming, especially for those of us who do it from time to time.

I'd think if people were too busy to have their time "consumed" by sharing knowledge with those who are very eager to learn, they wouldn't be spending their time being surly on internet forums...

Every other question this time of year is in regards to 'Jades' We do all we can here on this forum, and people are mostly civil, Karen just gave you the best advise than any of us could give. Read first and ask questions later. I have been spending until 2:00 in the morning responding to questions regarding jades, you can even check back over several years.
I have done this every year, at this time, for the past 8-10 years. Easy as 1-5

Clean soil that is fast draining, coarse washed constructed sand 30% 10% redwood bark or oak leaves decomposed. 60% perlite or pumice.

Strong sun.

Lots of air circulation Cool nights no temps. below 35F keep dry when cold. if outside turn pots on their sides.

No fertilizer the first year.

watch for bugs/use Safer's Soap. Watach for snails.

It really is too tall an order to tell you everything about Jades...so let's limit our discussion to the Jades shown.

The first Jade is in very poor condition.
Remove the first Jade from its pot, and stop watering it. Re-pot in a much, much, much faster draining mix - bark, perlite, gravel. Don't use a bagged potting soil like Miracle Grow or any other peat moss soils. And if you buy Cactus and Succulent Soil, make sure to read the ingredients: if peat moss is the first ingredient listed, don't buy it. You're better off mixing your own soil, and adjusting your mix to the conditions within your growing area.

Wait one week after re-potting for any injured roots to form a callus, and then water the Jade.
During the winter, Jades need very little water - once every 2 - 4 weeks, in general.

Next, put them both right against a window in as much direct sun as you can possibly manage.

This is just the start, of course. There is much to be done. Most of it, though, is waiting patiently.

Though this is fraught with perilous pratfalls, I'll also suggest to you that you do some searching on this subject - as you yourself acknowledge, your request is redundant and, given that this subject has been written on in literally hundreds of different posts, it's not too much to ask, IMO, that you do some searching at the C&S forum.

Use 'jade' or 'Crassula ovata' as the search criteria and take a look at the FAQ.

I hope my posting here isn't offensive to you, but lots of us have spent lots of time writing the same advice over and again, and I don't think it's too much to ask to do some research on a plant that probably occupies folks' inquiries here a large percentage of the time.

I hope I've learned from my last encounter suggesting that you have a few looks, and again, I'm not intending to be rude in this note (I'm naturally that way, btw) but all of what you wish to know is already here and just a search or two away. It's been written on extensively, thoroughly and knowledgeably and might be the single greatest mine of Crassula ovata wisdom in this galaxy.

BTW #2, all of you Crassula ovata sports, hybrids and forms can use the same care. Most of what I see in your plants that can be improved is an increase in light - as much as possible, gradually.

A note of caution:

Following along w/ Josh's advice, after watering, pls. DON'T put you plant on the window sill. I see you're in Central NY (I'm in Brooklyn); am guessing you're in cold weather which would harm a newly watered Jade. Cold after wet can be deadly for most succulents. So maybe let it dry a week after watering before putting close or next to cold window.

You may not realize this, but the folks who joined me in answering you are some of the TOP people in Crassulas here, some of our MOST knowledgeable people (including some who contributed, if not wrote the FAQs), so I hope you'll recognize our unity in my main message (search & read).

Jades = easy.

Sun- as much as possible.

Soil- fast draining.

Water- when the soil's dry and leaves are slightly soft.

That's pretty much it. Jades are tough and there's no need to overthink their care.

Blutarski's advice is also top-shelf - some of us tend to care too much, and as the most previous posting's last sentence is the corollary to The Golden Mean of Succulentism (Watering - when in doubt, don't), you're in the money.
