What does the following mean??? Help please

What does the following mean? and what could I do to correct it? It popped up after I restored my computer.....I have Windows 7.0 Professional....

I'm not sure how you have 'restored my computer'

Quick search shows that en_us.gm is probably Dell computer ? related... to something called 'Dell Protected Workspace'

Don't know your computer skills but this page tries to sell you something you don't absolutely need, but additionally gives you some paths to work with...

Although A. majus is a perennial, it is usually treated as an annual even in climates where it might be hardy because of rust developing. Some people in zone 5 have reported the plant surviving one or more winters for them. I don't know your zone, but since you've been gardening there for 3 years, you probably would have noticed it before, and even yanked it out as a weed before blooming if it had been there. There are many possibilities, though. The previous owner could have had them planted in the area and it just took the right conditions for seeds to germinate this year (I've had snapdragons volunteer in my yard, even). A neighbor could have been planting them this year and some animal transported seeds one way or another to your yard. There could have been seeds in some product you used...mulch, compost, potting soil, etc. Enjoy it...it is a beautiful variety...save some seeds!

What does this mean? Pattern, sock, help

Okay. Ruffled sock pattern. This is for the ruffle. The line in the pattern says: K1. (yfwd) twice. *K5, slip 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th sts over first st, (yfwd) twice. Question One: *YFWD(Yarn Forward) also means YO(Yarn Over). So if you havn't done that before it does mean to wrap the yarn around the needle twice. Question Two: K5. Slip 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th sts over first st. WHAT IN THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN? I have done a slip, knit, then pass the slipped stitched over the last knit and off right hand needle before, but nothing like this. What needle am I slipping these stitches from, and am I slipping them across to another needle or am I dropping them off? *This is like the slip passover BUT you are going to do 4 in a row. If you want get a marker to show where the first stitch (of the K5). I like a small scrap of a different color. Someone once told me "Don't think about what it's telling you to do, just do what it says." So K5, take S(titch)2 slip over S1, S3 slip over S1, S4 over S1, S5 over S1. Question 3: Pick up and knit stitches along the side of the heel flap. I am assuming that I insert a single DPN (as a right needle) in the edge of the flap, yarn over, and draw the yarn through to stay on the right needle even though there is no left needle involved. Is this correct? *There is a great sock demo that shows this every well. I think I have the link done right (http://www.royea.net/sockdemo1.html). Page 3 is picking up the gusset. you need to go to the Your Houzz button top right click edit profile in the drop down menu, advanced settings , go in and change the settings for notifications and such. You can set them all to never so you don't get any. I suggest everyone check out those settings and all of the various settings and options there so you have it set up like you want it and can control what is happening in your account.

Help! What does "rough" mean re: plumbing?

Both rough-in plumbing and rough-in electrical are everything that needs to happen before the insulation and drywall goes up. "Rough" is just a specific stage during construction -- rough plumbing happens after framing and before drywall. What your rough plumbing will look like depends on the job. You mentioned a utility sink and prep sink. In really simple terms, when sink plumbing rough in is done, you'll see what looks like three different pipes running through the floor/ceiling/wall and ending sticking out of the floor/wall roughly where the sinks will go with caps on the end of the pipes. Usually for each sink, there'll be one big pipe (the vent/drain), and two little ones (hot water and cold water). After the wall board goes in, you will no longer be able to see the pipes snaking through the walls/floors/ceiling. You'll see only the three capped pipe ends that stick out, like so: On the far right in that picture, you'll see the rough-in plumbing for the bathroom sink. The big white pipe is the drain/vent. The little red pipe is the hot water line. The little blue pipe is the cold water line. The pipes aren't always those colors (for example, if you have metal pipes rather than PVC, the hot/cold lines would be copper), but the one-big-and-two-small-pipes configuration is pretty standard for sinks. I have no idea what kind of plumbing your heaters might need. That didn't come up in our remodel.

My Router died.....I just thought I would restore and it would fix it, but it didn't help and had to call a Computer Tech and hook up my New router for me............Thank you for your input and advice....Elmer and Mikie....that is what happens when you try to be a tech...when you are still a novice .....I will always be an novice. LOL....

Did the computer guy fix the language error ?

You always have the option to undo any restore point if the results of the restore point are causing problems.

No...he was too busy hooking up my new router to my two desk tops, one laptop and my ipad.....plus he could not hook up my printer because it was a little old..6 yrs....so I bought a new HP and now I am waiting from my brilliant son in law to hook my printer..he is my hero...but lives 50 miles away....he will be here Sunday.....I could live with the language error that comes up....I just thought maybe you techs could help me...Thanks for your comment Zep...

If you go back to the System Restore you will see an option to undo that restore point and the error should go away.

Finally, I was able to uninstall Dell-Protected Workplace from my laptop computer...and the pop off has disappeared....Thank you all again for your quick responses....

If you're router died, why would you think a system restore would fix it? The first PC I had ran Windows 3.0 and I don't think in all that time I've ever needed a restore point.

Aren't you the lucky one......I have used that option about two or three times over the years that I have had computers.....and I had Windows 3.0, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.0 Professional and Windows 10.....as you can see I have had many computers over the years........I am a Computer operator not a Computer Tech......Thank you! P.S. I go back to Netscape and my first computer was a Gateway......I still need help from a Tech....but, I have fun with my laptop, Ipad, Desktop....
