Grandio, Monticello, Riga

I live right on the Oregon ocean where the wind blows through at 85mph several times during the winter. And 55mph storms come at least every couple weeks. Considered a Harbor Freight or Palram GH, but the more I read the more I think our wind would damage the frame too quickly. Then moved on to 8"and 10" polycarbonate choices and thicker aluminum for a lot more dough. Here are both Monticello and Grandio. Monticello I can find for about $1800. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006Y13GJQ/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3BGV2XSMVPBSE And Grandio for $1700. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OMBN3AM/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3TCGNSH22UZ3X
The small Riga is $2300 and 7.5'x7' a little smaller then these, and topples my budget.
Any comments about the pluses and minuses of these? I grow plumeria.
