What a beautiful snowy picture. We have gloomy, drizzly, rainy weather but we are so glad to have some rain. Our area has been in severe drought conditions for months.

That's really pretty. Forecast is saying we may have some of that tomorrow morning. But for today, it's sunny, clear, and outside my window is DH blowing leaves from the driveway and lawn. It's chilly, but dry and bright and I may try to get out for a while myself this afternoon, I haven't finished Fall yard cleanup. I have a couple more things in pots I'd wanted to install on the hill below our bedroom still this year - that probably won't happen this week.

Beautiful! We have dreary and leaves and leaves and more leaves, which the doffs track into the house. At least with snow, it would be just a bit of water which would evaporate!

It has stopped raining for the time being but more forecast for tonight and tomorrow. So sick of it.

SNow picture is beautiful! Many people complain/whine about snow, but not me. Here, in my part of NJ, we rarely get more than what would cause an inconvenience. BIGGEST I can remember was something like 96-7... close to 4 FEET in one snow fall. Snowed SIDEWAYS for well over 24 hours straight. I live on small circle so that gets plowed last... we were "stranded" for about a day and a half.

Since I've either been a student or teacher pretty much all of my life, prone to doing a "snow dance" whenever white stuff is in forecast!

I love that snow picture. One off my favorite things to do is to walk in newly fallen now. You know when your feet makes that :squeak, squeak " sound.

Beautiful picture up at the top! I imagine on our foothills it could look like that and surely on the mountains, as we get that chilly, wet, miserable rain. Our tree trunks are very black and we still have some yellow and dirty gold leaves clinging to to branches as they go to sleep for our winter. We brought our "Epi's"; a tropical cactus-like plant that usually blooms at Mothers Day in...and it is making our bathroom a place of great beauty as they profusely bloom and bloom and bloom. Wonder what they will do when Spring comes. Such a nice surprise!

Looked much the same here early this morning but most of the snow is gone now. I too enjoy the change of seasons. Snow is great.

Beautiful to look at - if you don't have to leave the house to go to work; not so much fun to drive in.

Beautiful, Mdln! Love it when the snow stacks on the branches like that. Right now it's black outside my window, it's 11:00 PM. But today was 'winter', 55 degrees and light rain off & on all day, heavy cloud cover. Rain that is badly needed.

After midnight now,and in central Ontario Can. it has started to snow.

It was cool and sunny all day.

I'm on the Cdn west coast and it was gorgeous today. The Santa Claus parade went on without rain. Yahhh! The forecast however, is for snow tonight. Not much, but we don't do snow and it doesn't take much to throw us into a tizzy.

Had snow earlier and now it's changing to rain. More snow expected on Wed.

It was pretty foggy earlier. Now it's lifted and the skies are gray & dreary.
