Can I plant 3 different grapes vines next to each other?

I'm thinking about planting Thompson seedless, red flame and blueberry grape verities in a row, right next to each other " about 5- 6 feet apart". Can I do that, or they will cross pollinate and mess each other up. Or any suggestions on what verities can grow together. thanks in advance. I only have space for 3 vines and will build one wooden trellis 15ft long.

Even if they cross pollinated, the change would only be recognized if you grew new plants from the seeds in the grapes.

The spacing is fine. As far as varieties make sure you research the ones best for your area.

Although raspberries are self-pollinating (you don't NEED another variety), they can produce slightly better (more/bigger/flavorful) fruit with another variety present. I believe it's similar with most blueberries, but not all... what's your variety? As for how many raspberry plants to get, it really doesn't matter as they will spread like crazy. If you plant just single bare root plants (single cane) 3 feet apart, within 3 years, the bed will have full filled in. If it's not contained, it will have taken over much of the surrounding area. I'm not much of a grape grower yet, so I'll let someone else answer that. -Glenn

That one will not work,if they tassel at the same time. They will cross, the popcorn won't pop properly, and the sweet corn will be more starchy. That said you can plant different varieties of sweet corn together as long as they are similar types. Supersweets (SH2) must be isolated, or eating quality deteriorates severely. Unless you have a farm, it is easier to isolate in time rather than distance. It is wind pollinated, and the pollen can ride the wind for 50 yards or more.

You don't say where you live which would be helpful. If your area is mild enough for rosemary to overwinter outdoors then it will need quite a big space to grow. Think in terms of giving it 3 - 4 feet width. If you pus your sage too close the rosemary will over shadow and eventually overgrow it. The advice on mint from BioTomato is good. Mint is best kept separate because it spreads. It also like more moisture than the other two.

Typo on the grades I listed, 302 not 392. My personal opinion on SS: -refrigerator/microwave:doesn't matter, limited chemicals in contact -range: probably doesn't matter; more chemicals employed in keeping clean -dishwasher/washer/dryer: presence of bleach and detergent makes better grades a plus for long term ease of retaining appearance; not sure it matters for all brands since the internal mechanicals of select brands will be shot long before the exterior finish is compromised; in commercial versions 201, 301, 302, and 304 dominate; 316 had in roads on commercial dishwashers 20-25 yrs ago

Spacing is a bit tight, you might want to use a geneva double curtain or something similar to allow you to have more canes per vine to manage vigor. Also, research grape varieties. Sure those you listed are popular commercial varieties but they might need a lot of sprays or maintenance to get good fruit (no idea, would not survive in my zone). Also, there are so many super flavorful varieties that for one reason or other are not suitable for commercial growing but are awesome in a backyard. So far here in zone 4b I am LOVING Somerset as a early season seedless grape. Good luck.
