Costco Canada Greenhouse
Comments (4)If you're comparing the EasyGrow 6' X 8" for $999CDN to the Easy2Build 6' X 10' for $650CDN, the big difference is in the glazing. The more expensive one has twinwall polycarbonate, which will require at most 1/2 of the heat of the cheaper unit, which has only single thickness poly sheeting for glazing. In addition, the twinwall should last many years, while you would be replacing the poly sheeting every couple of years. In addition, the more expensive one looks structurally more sound, the frame is powder-coated, and it has roof vents. Do yourself a favor and choose the more expensive one. It's definitely a higher quality product and better suited to your climate....See MoreGreenhouse Supplies in Ontario and Canada

Comments (17)tkaye - Unfortunately this greenhouse is no longer made. It was made by the PBM-GROUP. The last time they made it was 2003. I got it used and had to replace a third of the glass panels. Check Craigslist for used ones or if you have a Harbor Freight close by they sell greenhouses for a very reasonable price. It is a kit that you put together. Check out the GW Greenhouse Forum. It is a great place to get information on buying and using a greenhouse. Good luck. Clare Here is a link that might be useful: Harbor Freight greenhouse...See MoreMy new basement greenhouse pictures
Comments (2)Nancy, I am so impressed with what you have done but also know how much work it must be to maintain that set up. I love Hawaii - we have been 4 times in the past 4 years - we basically just discovered it. The plumeria are so awesome there - but it is their natural environment. I also am trying to grow them here in Eastern NC - but my conditions are a little better than where you are. We cannot plant them in the ground because we do have snow in the winter - and low temps - but not always. Still - impossible to predict from year to year. I keep them in the garage and have a small space heater when it gets below 36 degrees. Mine are only 2 years old - and they dropped their leaves over the winter when they were dormant. They are outside in the yard now and showing signs of growing. I really do admire your efforts and hope you see flowers soon! Denise...See MoreUser
