A medium-large blush musk bush form a local park

rosaceae

Now try reading that title 5 times fast! haha.

Thid guys is growing nearby, on a raised bed/slope thingy. on the front of an unused building. There's 3 plants on the hedge, alternated with that one perhaps-noisette in hot pink that I posted here before.

I can tell it's a musk because of the scent of the flowers and wood.

The flowers are soooo tiny! I struck some cuttings of it, I'll attempt to make a bonsai out of one of them.

Hope you can see the buds and calyxes there, it's a little out of focus.

It blooms year round. But it looks like an OGR.

It is a little taller than I, about 170~175 cm.

The flowers are white with a hint of pink blush, the reverse has a salmon tinge to it. Small clusters. no more than 10 petals. But often single.

It makes a lot of hips, and they are minuscule too, a centimeter in length at most, deep, blood red. I took some and found around 5-8 seeds in each. They are near perfectly round in shape.

In the soft canes with the blooms there's quite some prickles. Very irregular in shape size and distance with each other.

There's less and more evenly spaced ones on the mature wood.

The leaves are toothed on the underside too, and it get a little bit of blackspot.

It withstands the heat quite well , if that helps you guess. I don't think there's an irrigation system near it.

It has such a pastoral charm.

Thanks for any help!
