Wanted-- Harvest green tomato, ground cherry recipe???

Can anyone help me out with suggestions for using unripened fruit/veggies from my garden?
1. I've got a lot of "mongrel" small-sized unripened 1.5 inch tomatoes (I think a sweet gold cherry tom has wild romance with some elongated tom). (I have extra seeds if someone cares to experiment.
2. Small, unripened and partially ripened ground cherry.
3. Some green unripened and ripe tomatoes.
4. Some red ripe jalapeños.
Any recipe or canning idea some to mind for you cooks in Cooking Forum land.
Relishes? Chutneys? (Do all chutneys taste the same, look the same?)
