I have a dumb question--if I were to use a conversion kit like this on an older non-insulation contact recessed can, may I put insulation over (or in contact with) the can afterwards? It would seem that the heat generated by the bulb would be dispersed in the kitchen air space and that the edison connection adapter should not generate significant amount of heat. I think medium is the best if to go for one shape, just by eyeballing it. but it takes less wattage. Hello everyone!! I NEED HELP!!! I purchased 2 Duke Oversized Pendants (16 inch overall diameter) in 2020 on Pottery Barn site. They make my whole kitchen!!
