Need tree suggestions for narrow space in Pacific Northwest

We have a very narrow strip (approx 10') between our house and the neighbour's fence/driveway. Our bedroom windows look out on this space, and I need suggestions for narrow trees that grow approx 20-30' to help screen our windows. Our walkway to runs along this side of the house, and we will plant trees next to the fence. I am not a fan of narrow conifers! :) We're hoping to find something that either has interesting branch structure, or some sort of winter interest, that is safe to plant close to our foundation and will form a nice narrow screen.

South facing, lots of sun however the roots would obviously be shaded by the fence. Reasonable draining soil, and if it's like anywhere else in the yard on the acidic side and a mixture of sand and clay.

Some trees we have come across include Slender Silhouette Sweet Gum, Acer rubrum Armstrong, and columnar oak. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!
