I have forgotten how to use this fat 'jelly' ...

I cooked up a huge pot of chicken & had the pan full of the 'juice' when I was finished. I put the pan in the refr. & the next day the top fat was separated from the rest & I discarded the fat layer ( used it once & some from a neighbor's butchered pig to make lye soap for my son's school project!) & now want to use the 'juice' & not discard it!

I know this 'jelly' is very healthy to use but not sure what many ways it can be used for. I have in the past just frozen it & later used it in soups, gravy base. etc. but there must be a lot of other ways it can be used also?

Thanks for helping revive my 79 yr. old memory!
