Oh, what I was thinking it was doesn't have any legs :)

On second thought it does have legs, so I stand by my first post that I see it.

With all the hints I found it--it does have a strange head! Without the legs it kind of looks like a locust bean pod.

I think I see what mama goose saw, complete with legs, hope I'm right...

The thing that I keep looking at is a little bit right and below center. Can't wait to find the answer.

I tried to cheat but my Kindle has limited abilities other than old fashioned Google searches and I had no luck finding this one.

Now I think it's some sort of lizard, a lighter colour.

It's a stump-tailed chameleon from Madagascar.

I took that form as quite possibly some sort of critter, but since I have never been to Madagascar nor ever heard of much less seen a stump tailed chameleon I would never have guessed that that was what we were looking for.

That's what I saw! Yippee! I thought it was a long slug at first.

Yippee....that's what I saw, too! I started looking for legs when Annie gave that clue and there they were.....lizard legs!

I saw legs with the hint too, but I still wasn't 100% certain if that was a critter - or a seed pod.

Yes that is what I saw it reminds me of those stick looking bugs hate them . It looks like a baby one just to the left of the big one on the brown stick.
