ISO Advice RE 10 ft tall Cactus

I have a cactus that was inherited when I bought my house. It is about/at least 10 feet tall. We have plenty of room for it to grow here, as we live in an old church, so size is not a problem. ;) I'm wondering if it should be upgraded to a bigger pot, and if anyone has advice on how to do so. It can no longer stand on it's own and is leaning against a wall for support. Is this because the pot is too small and not allowing it to grow a large enough root system? It also has a droopy arm, should this be removed somehow? This piece has actually sprouted a new little cactus as well. Also, any identification on both plants pictured in this pot would be appreciated!
