Oh Mary! I rushed right to the other office in this warehouse complex as soon as I read that - the box WAS delivered to that business last Friday. That receptionist doesn't like my looks I guess - she will not even bother to call me when boxes are misdelivered there (often) let alone open the door & let me know when i walk right by her window in the mornings to my mailbox on the highway. Grrr. I was angry just now so forwent offering her money to let me know like I'd planned on. Anyhow - what a magnificent box!! ~TWO loves of cranberry orange bread with golden raisens with recipe + 2 others (going to be the highlight of my Thanksgiving, i can tell already. How cool to send the recipe, too. I'm going to try the Pumpkin Crunch Custard and Squash & Apples, too. Yum) ~A years subscription to horticulture!! Thank you very much! My v2006 had nothing but problems with any application updates and one time I had to delete and reinstall. I just gave up. Thank goodness I backup regularly. As an aside, when I went to Vista the v2006 works fine except for the onboard help. It does not work, a known glitch. If I have to research something it is necessary I go on line.

What Brand of Laptops Do you have? What Operating System do they have (Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1)? I would suggest doing a Reinstall of your Operating System using Recovery Disks. Did you make your Recovery Disks Like recommended in your Laptops Paperwork? The Manufacturers no longer send Recovery Disks, you must either make a set of DVD Recovery Disks or make a Flash Drive Recovery Disk! You may also be able to Purchase a Recovery Set or Flash Drive from the Manufacturer. I purchased a Refurbished Laptop that had a Clean Install of Windows 8 (not with the Acer Software Recovery Disks). The Seller didn't use Acer Recovery Disks but used a Retail Windows Disk that removed the Recovery Partition. I was unable to create a recovery disk not having a Recovery Partition. I wanted the Laptops Reset to factory but with that clean install the Recovery Partition was removed. Anyway, I ordered a Recovery Flash Drive from Acer for $45+ Tax shipped (about $50 all together). I've since restored my laptop to factory settings and currently have Windows 10 Home Installed! There isn't anyone trying to collect $150 a year for anything. I'm assuming that you may have some form of Virus/Malware/Spyware on your system! Windows 10 shouldn't have tried to install unless you told it you wanted to upgrade!
