Comments (4)Mine always have that banged up look =S Luckily, they grow new leaves rather easily. I remove all mechanically damaged leaves. Here's what mine looks like now: These below have teeth marks from one of my critters. I caught the cute pup jauntily walking across the room with one of these rosettes in her mouth =O I'm letting them sit for a few days before re-potting....See MoreAnyone know Whats wrong with my red anne nerve plant?
Comments (6)Sorry Emily, but I don't see the problem. The leaves don't look dry from here & I don't know what you mean by 'crippled leaves' . I can't see the soil at all & I'd like to. Usually, folks have problems w/ their Fittonas drying out, where they literally wilt, collapse & then dry out to then become brittle & crunchy. Since that is not the case w/ yours, I don't know what you think is wrong. These plants usually need very high humidity, I've only been able to grow them in terrariums or the bathroom. How long have you had the plant pls, what kind of soil is that? Does the pot have a hole? Sorry for all the Questions, but all those factors matter in the care of the plant....See MoreWhat's Wrong With My New Roses??
Comments (4)Sorry this is happening to your plants. I do not know what caused it. The only time this happened to me was when I planted plum perfect this spring. Those cane are very very dead so I would remove them. Just give them good waterings and yes no fertilizer of any kinds so hopefully they will recover. My plum perfecta lost a lot of their little canes and they are slowly coming back up since they are own root, but they have survived so hopefully yours will too....See MoreNatasha (Chandler AZ 9b) W
