Not installing Win10, but what about those downloads?

I'm certain I have many downloads for Windows 10 waiting to be installed. I had my Win updates set to auto download for a long time until a few months ago when I wanted to ensure Win10 files wouldn't be downloaded any longer after I was certain I didn't want Win10. Is there a way to find out what downloads (by number or otherwise) are associated to Win10 so I can get rid of them? I don't know if these Win10 downloads are taking up space on my harddrive, but, I'd like to clean them out. How does one do that, or is is just going through all the downloaded files and looking for anything that references Win10? I don't want to delete anything I shouldn't by mistake. Thanks.
