Try posting on the "cars" forum. This is the motorcycle/scooter forum.

As to your auto blinker/flasher problem, there could be several reasons since the blinkers and flashers do not work. (I'm assuming that you are referring to the 4-way hazard/flasher lamps when you speak of 'flashers.)

Some places to look"

1. flasher relay

2. turn signal relay

3. many lamp filaments burned out

4. wiring and connectors

5. left/right signal switch.

6. protective devices such as fuses or breakers.

7. low voltage

You'll need a circuit diagram of your system and a volt-ohm meter.

I just fixed a Honda scooter ( not a car), it had 1 blown fuse and 1 bad relay. So check everything jemdandy listed above. I would check the fuses and relays first. Good luck!

...,,,,,if you can't fix it, get a scooter!

When I enter the numbers, even when I'm not logged in, it updates them and gives a result. It takes a second or two, and the "Updating" shows up in the top right corner. If still not working, you can just download it. Go to Export (upper right) and click the MS Excel (xls) choice. You may have to "allow" it, (the first time the popup blocker bar appeared for me, then subsequently it asked me where I want to save the file). Click "Save to disk" and the file is yours on your computer. I'm on IE7 but I tried it with Firefox, and it works fine and the download/export works as well.

owbist- Thanks. I decided to remove/add shortly after I posted. I do have the cd, but because an HP Mini does not have a dvd slot I couldn't use it. She told me I would have to buy a new printer...\ I don't even remember now how I re-loaded it I was so tired by that time (2:30am..). Now it works perfectly. Why do these people lie? Because they want to sell more? I am even more PO'd now! I can't seem to talk to a supervisor to make a complaint......

i have no idea... but somebody out there wrote this for a vista machine and kingston device; Upon placing USB drive into computer it would attempt to launch the DTE Launcher which is needed to access the device. The Launcher will not run. 1- Explored device 2- Right clicked on DTE Launcher -> Properties -> Compatibility Tab 3- Choose Windows XP SP2 4- Choose to run as Administrator Upon doing this I was able to run the DTE Launcher and was able to access the device.

Your original message said, "Can anybody tell me how to post a pic in word and then type over it?" So, I thought you were using Microsoft Word, not WordPerfect. They are two totally different programs. It's been many years since I used WordPerfect, but I used to add graphics and type over them; or add graphics and then add another graphic so that it would be positioned partly over the first graphic, etc. I couldn't give you instructions now, though, because it's been too long. Sorry! :-( Have you checked the "Help" feature in WordPerfect?
