Very tall, suddenly leaning cactus

Hello cacti experts! I am concerned about my very tall, unidentified cactus. I have had it for 10-12 years and it has been repotted once during a move a couple years ago. It broke and was slightly mushy for awhile, but recovered nicely once it arrived at its new home where is lives on a balcony that gets a lot of direct afternoon sunlight and gets very hot. It has sprouted two new "babies" during this time and I now have 4 cacti growing in the pot.

It appeared happy up until the last several days when the tallest piece started to bend. Also in the pot are other succulents that are doing well but I am wondering if I need to take them out. After some initial searching, my first thought was rot, but it feels pretty solid, moreso at the base. The pot seems very dry at the moment as I try very hard not to overwater.

Any advice or theories? Thanks so much for reading!!
