Starting off with some groups:

Cherry Cheeks clump

Orchid Corsage, always one of the last to bloom.

Berma Albercrombie, new to me this year.

Viette Seeding. This is really white in person, at least as white as Joan Sr.

Last, and least, Damsel in Distress [most of the flowers have indeed been in distress as has happened many years--say goodbye forever--had 2 stems that only have a proliferation sticking out of the top, no buds. Never saw such a thing.

I like your Berma Ambercrombie, I hope it does well for you. So disappointing when plants you have great hopes for a duds, makes you wonder why they were marketed. I like your group shots and still waiting for Orchid Corsage here.

Clump shot of an unknown seedling that was given to me years ago. Does well. Jack Sprat poly Noid Royal Occasion, so beautiful. I've never had a photo that captured just how good it looks. The purple is much more velvety and a little darker. That's all for today. Brad

I love the group shots too, very pretty. I had Cherry Cheeks at my old house, I really liked it - it bloomed a lot!

Me too! I love to see your group shots. Wish my beds look that nice! How do you manage to get the same height and bloom at the same time? That is something I am still very bad at doing. I also like how you space them. They don't look crowded.

Glad to see Berma has bloomed for you. The other two clumps I still have are all scaped and budded so waiting to see how it liked being divided. Nice group shots. Lots of color.

Karen, I'm not quite sure how this bed turned out so well. It is the newest of all of them. I intended to get mostly lates together so I can enjoy them in one area, but somehow I ended up with many of the best bloomers/shows from extra early to late. It's been a feast since the end of May and should continue for a while yet.

My front bed has only one daylily left blooming [should be 2 but one didn't at all this year].

My main bed still has a number of blooming ones but they are scattered throughout. I've been trying to figure out how to change it around, but can't come up with anything because some want more shade, some less.
