Comments (11)everdebz Yes. The bench does have a nook on the other end too, so I could just put pillows on that side and not on this side. Most of the sitting happens on the other end because the dining table sits off center (because its centered to the window which is also off center) and the other end is closer to the table. Usually my main priority is function but on this wall, I definitely want to prioritize what looks better because there are plenty of other places to sit. If the opinion is that I should only just use 1 - black or walnut - then I will do that. Do you think I should I just use one? Comments (22)I would move the large painting to the left of the window and center it on that wall. I would do the gallery wall above the sofa with 6 pieces of artwork in a grid that is not as wide as the sofa. Consider putting a large vertical shaped piece of art over the sofa instead of a gallery wall arrangement....See MoreHelp me with my gallery wall!
Comments (17)If it were me I would have to play around with it a lot. Particularly if a photo that I really like has to be very noticeable; front and Center or the like. It would have to look as organic as possible for me as well and the weight would have to be as even as possible. Plus the area that you are doing it in is of import as well. The stairs what's on the other side the viewing position etc. As others have said I would lay the photos on the ground and keep trying till I truly liked what I saw. It is so subjective.
