Thank you for the info. The last few days the moon has been gorgeous, even though it wasn't full. A couple of days it was out in the early evening in a clear sky. Tonight? When I want to see the phenomenon? Total cloud cover. :P

Thanks for the information. The moon was so bright at 4:00 a.m. PDT on June 19 that it woke me up as the light streamed into my window.

Last night's moon over northern Illinois was worthy of this title. It started out quite 'rose gold' and entangled in our sycamore.

The sunset Saturday night was also spectacular, with *neon* pinks and blotches of white against the clouds. It looked like something you'd see over the desert. We watched it for twenty minutes while driving north from the city on the Edens expressway.

Where are the pictures??? It was cloudy here so I didn't get to see it either. But it was spectacular the night before. I took this picture. I'm not good at taking pictures at night but the clouds around the moon were really neat looking.

It was BEAUTIFUL tonight here in Central FL!
