Comments (6)Larsi, you crack me up. I think you can contribute the very soft clothes to the Wisk, I tried it awhile back and had sudsing issues it was Wisk ** for both..but since learned proper dosing and I really like it, makes really soft clothes. As for CS I've never used it, but I have nellies washing soda, it will not clean anything dirty or sweaty, but does fine on my dogs blanket and toys. I bought it for the tin lol and today omg I found a matching baby tin Nellies oxygen brightener the tins are so cute in my laundry room. Of course nellies sodium percarb has sodium carb in it, but I can use it with liquid detergent. I just HAD to have the baby tin. Glad your suds went down maybe a 1/2 dose of charlies will be the sweet spot. Let me know how it goes. Comments (10)I do prewash IF the soil level is enough to turn the wash water dingy or dirty, otherwise expecially on whites the fabrics will absorb the soils into the fibers causing dingy whites. I also do a long prewash IF I'm going to boost my water temp up to and/or above 140F since 140F will disable the action of enzymes. Miele Ultra White detergent. ...I LOVE this stuff, the scent is absolutly lovely. I don't think it works as well as Tide with Bleach powder, but it is a fantastic whites detergent. Anyone know if it contains a bleach activator? ? I also LOVE Miele Color Care, it works well for colors, I will say for heavy soils it needs a tad bit of help from my favorite booster, STPP. For those of you that want to try the Miele line of detergents, if you can find a Miele dealer even just a Miele Vac dealer they will get it for you and no shipping....See MoreAny downsides of getting a speed queen washing machine?
Comments (46)I just bought the front loader and dryer and I really like them. I did extensive research. I could have gone with a pretty looking machine with iPhone compatibility etc...but it would end up in a landfill in about 6-7 years so I opted for the speedqueen and as mentioned earlier about size being smaller than the big plastic ones? well...it cleans just as great if not better than those bigger ones. This has ceramic inside I stead of plastic so it won’t mold as easy either. I went for quality over looks and I’m very happy that I did! Yes it cost a little more but it makes so much more sense in many ways! It’s a serious machine not a trendy puffball. I have the newer version with electronic buttons and the watrenty covers EVERYTHING for 10 years...the other machines only cover a few things. very happy...See MoreFirst Little Giant Boil Wash 200F!!!!!! :-O
Comments (46)eponymouse I live in Sweden and we already have the new line of Asko washers you are talking about. What I have seen in test of earlyer machines fron asko are that they are about midrange in cleaning and rather low at rinsing how that will be in the new models time will tell..... Have read the top of the line manual and there are stuff you can program. There are a more water option, do not know if it ads even to wash or just rinse. You can ad 2 more rinses. Both these are not awailable in all programs. What is it you want to know specificly, but we have to remember that it can vary from Eu to Us, I will gladly read more of the manual if you want me to....See Moreizeve
