Xpost, amazing story of lost and found!
Comments (17)Right before I left for vacation, I went to a local credit union's drive up ATM after hours. The vehicle in front of me took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get through their transaction(s). They finished up and pulled away. When I got to the machine, I noticed they had left a session open and their card in the machine. I closed the session and took the card out. When I got home, I looked up the person on Facebook (rather unusual name) and found him. His truck was his profile picture and it was the vehicle in front of me. I sent him a message letting him know I had the card, it was safe with me and I would return the card to the branch the next business day. Repeated the story to the teller when I dropped it off the next day. Still don't know if he got the card or not but it was the right thing to do!...See MoreLost and Found Garden Tools - tips
Comments (6)Nancy, I have spray painted as well, works for me. Another task that has helped me over the years is to stick, whatever tool I am working with; such as shovel, potato fork, hand trowel, etc. , into the ground to keep upright instead of laying it down on the ground. It has helped me, when I leave it in an area I was working in, to see it from a distance if I get to searching for it. I have searched and searched for tools laying on the ground too many times. Still make that mistake though on occasion!! [ : Patty...See MoreLost, But Not Found
Comments (6)Once I met my gardening neighbor, Georgeanne, all in a panic in Sprouts because she had lost her car keys. I was running all over the store helping her look for them. She found them in the frozen food section where she had dropped them when picking up something. So that proves the refrigerator is always the best place to look! Comments (6)Wow, what a great find, Karen! My mom lives in Stockton, when I saw your pics I figured you must live pretty close to where she is, just by the surroundings. It’s a great area for growing roses and fruit, and well, most anything. I’ll have to take her to visit that nursery next time I’m that way. Have you visited the World Peace Rose Garden at University Park in Stockton? I think it has some of the most well grown roses I’ve ever seen, I documented my visit here https://www.gardenweb.com/discussions/4943585/pictures-amazing-rosebushes-at-csu-stockton#n=47...See MoreFun2BHere
