Comments (110)i am having a lot of fun with this game. cindy and carol, on #2, i laughed so hard at your answers. i will say cindy's mind is working towards the real answer. i am wondering if anyone will ever get it. just think of all the actions a dentist does to prep you - well, at least my dentist does it (and dang, is he one good looking man !!!!) amy was the closest on #1 and then shirley answered it correctly. #3 i might take some liberties with, because several of you are close, but i guess it's tough if you don't know her name. i think i've only used it two or three times in previous posts. finally, someone got my shoe size. the right answer to 4 has been guessed and answered correctly twice today, although in different words. so now, 1, 4, 6, 7 and 10 have all been answered correctly. and carol, yes, the razor was a great gift and to this day, i still use the same kind. i'm starting a new post where partners will be assigned. i'll post this over there as well. maryanne...See Moresome guy just tried to use our port-a-potty

Comments (21)We, too, had a workhorse KA dishwasher. I fairly wept when it gave its swan song after 20+ years of washing dried on cheeses, tomato sauce and other malodorous gunk. We purchased a new one, bought the extended warranty and had a service call within two months. Control board went. Frustrating part was that Lowe's told me that no matter what died, it was covered. Well, it was covered, but I couldn't get anyone to come out. I'd make an appointment, and the company would cancel the night before. Finally, I called Lowes, told them about it and they sent someone right out. Currently, the little happy chime doesn't signal denoting the end of cycle .... probably signaling another service call. Sorry to corroborate your experience, PKguy. I've become so cynical. I hear energy savings, it only uses a teaspoon of water, blah, blah, blah and I just put up my hand like a traffic cop, thinking "Please. I'll be replacing this in just a few years." Comments (19)I have rehabilitated several agressive dogs. The one I have now was so dog aggressive, we let him pick his pack mate from a shelter. Molly was the sorriest, most unkempt(the shelter could not keep her clean), poorest health dog I have seen in a long time. It was painful to pet her because of the bones sticking out. Against my better judgement, since Max actually wagged his tail instead of growling and hackling like he did with the other choices, we adopted her---spending $125 in the process. Boy, did I ever get an education! She had no self esteem, was scared of almost everyone and anything in the house and had terrible digestive problems. Now, we are empty nesters and I am retired, so we have time and situation to try to rehabilitate her. I would not be surprised if anyone returned a dog like Molly. No aggression, in fact, exactly the opposite. Took me three months to get her to walk on a leash most of the time with out locking up. Found a diet that agrees with her and a way to exercise her(whippet mix and needs a LOT of running). Would most people want a dog like her. No way. Takes a person/family willing to do unusual things to help a dog like her. After a year and a half, she is much better, but far from a 'comfortable' dog. Her natural fears get in the way all the time. But, I now have a bond with her, and Max absolutely loves her. I even took her back to the pound where we got her---the staff could not believe the change. Most people want a pet, not a rehab job. Taking a dog back is not shameful if you have tried your best....See Moregrannysmith18
