Faucet unicorn: does this exist?

Hello Garden Webbers, I'm new here and after hours of searching here and online decided to post and seek your advice.

I'm looking to buy ONE kitchen sink faucet that allows for hot/cold unfiltered water and cold filtered water. I don't like the look of a separate water filter faucet. I currently have one Franke faucet hooked up to an under-sink filter but that means all our cold water goes through the filter and this is costly to replace every 4-6 months.

The closest match I found was the Grohe Blue, but it also introduces sparkling water which I don't want, I don't think I have room for all of this under-sink, and reviews of this are mixed:

I also found this one, but don't know much about this brand:

Any ideas or help appreciated!
