Blooms from the past few weeks

Hi everyone, I've really enjoyed everyone's pictures this season. I'm finally getting around to posting my pictures from the past few weeks.

NANCY'S QUILT - FFOE and the kickoff to my season.

SPANISH FIESTA - second bloom, first year in my garden. Photo was taken around 6:00 PM.

SHERRY CANDY - FFOE

BRAZILIAN EXOTIC - FFOE. Photo taken around 6:00 PM on a cold, rainy day.

LEEBEA ORANGE CRUSH - FFO and second year in my garden.

LINDA SIERRA - FFOE

ROCK MY WORLD - second bloom, first year in my garden. The first bloom struggled to open, the second bloom did a little better.

ALL REVVED UP - FFOE. This was the weekly special when I placed my order with Maryott's last fall. Love the colors.

HAPPY RETURNS and EARLY BIRD CARDINAL - second year in my garden. My garden assistant, Regal, is relaxing after a hard day at work in the garden. He enjoys following me around the yard, keeping a watch over things.

Regal is aptly named. Tuxedo cats are always so good looking, and he is no exception....I like the colors on All Revved Up too. Your 2 pictures of it reminds me again, why bud counts are important. I have a daylily that went through a good 1/2 dozen blooms early this spring before finally settling down and producing what I bought it for. ..........I also like Linda Sierra and Sherry Candy. Nice selection........Maryl

Thanks everyone! I have been watering like crazy lately. It is so hot here in Texas already. Is it fall yet? Oh wait, that would mean that my daylilies would be done blooming. Cancel that thought. LOL... Chris - I was actually wondering the same thing about Party Pinafore but I pulled up my picture of it and pulled up Michelle and Juliet's pic and put them side by side and I do see similarities but just not the pink eye that they have. I have only had it about a year so maybe it is just going through growing pains! Michelle - it's good to hear that yours looked like mine when you first planted it. Maybe there is hope for mine then. :) Nancy - send some of that rain my way!!! Where are you located? Jessica - I would love to take a tour at Marietta. I have gotten several of my daylilies from him lately and have been happy with all of them and I really like the bonus one's that he has been sending.

Thanks again everyone! Carol, of the three you asked about, right now Tiffany, mainly because it is so prolific and I love the beautiful and fragrant blooms. BB is a good rose and very fragrant, sometimes I'm not very fond of the color, but sometimes it's gorgeous. I had a Beverly a couple of years ago that didn't make it, it was my fault though. I just planted this one this year, think it is going to be a good rose from what I can tell so far. I think they're all great roses, I can see where Beverly could be right up there with Tiffany as it becomes established.

Wow....you are starting your season off with a bang! You sure have some pretties today. I can't choose one favorite...but I can say that several are favorites.....Lee's Loss, both of your noids, Crystalline Entity and Mysterious Eyes. They are all so lovely. I'm still waiting on mine which are always lagging behind everyone elses but I see scapes!

Red Volunteer shows why some of the oldies are so special!! What a beautiful clump!! I agree about Woman at the Well and your photo shows why I need to move mine-it is not in a good spot and barely bloomed this year. Claudine’s Charm is so pretty and I always enjoy your Hawaiian Swirls. The name suits its colors.

All Revved Up is really nice, love the color. You have lots of goodies, and especially Regal, a very handsome fellow.

All revved up is nice. Linda Sierra is very pretty. My Louisiana Jones went through three not great blooms before he bloomed right. It is frustrating because it is the start when we are hungry for pretties.

Sherry Candy looks like it had a perfect ffo for you. I don't know why I never added that one. I do like the patterned eye on All Revved Up, and your garden helper is looking quite dapper.

All beautiful, but the Brazilian Exotic especially strikes my fancy. Looks like Regal was ready for his close-up and chose his background carefully!

All Revved up is really nice, I like the look of it. Spanish Fiesta has a lot of potential there. Regal is really handsome! Lost my tuxedo kitty about 3 years ago.
