Hi, I bought a PB sofa in Sunbrella Boss Tweed Bamboo in June 2016. It started pilling in about 3-4 months, and I shaved it at around the 12 month. The whole sofa looked just like the sofa in the pic posted by mvclark. The pilling continued and the sofa was looking like it was 10 yrs old. I contacted PB this past November which started a 5 month back and forth with PB referencing the “vendor” saying that the pilling was natural and just shave it. At the 4th month of going back and forth with PB they acknowledged that they were the vendor and would take the sofa back and issue a store credit. After receiving my credit for the sofa minus the original shipping in March, I went went to my local PB to get a replacement sofa, this time in leather. Unfortunately I now am paying shipping for 2 sofas. I am expecting the new sofa in a few weeks, and hopefully it will be better than the last one. I would urge anyone considering getting Sunbrella Boss Tweed to pick a different fabric.
