Need advice from Bermuda grass experts

Got a new house, long story short, the septic field had to be replaced and so the entire back yard was dirt after I purchased it. I have used fescue in the past for most of my lawns. However, all my fescue seed has been put out in the fall in the past and I have had the best luck with that here in NC. I decided to put down Bermuda a little over a month ago. I have been watering it very frequently, and have been blessed with some frequent heavy rains. My problem is that in the dirt coming up with the Bermuda is a grass that looks similar to Bermuda but is growing quicker and was already in areas of the yard that I didn’t seed (side, front). I wanted to know from those of you who have experience with this grass, if it is some type of weed or if it is actually Bermuda that was there before and planted by the previous owner (doubtful considering the condition of the lawn). I have included the photos of the Bermuda I planted as well as the other grass. The first image is of the grass I planted at the top left you can see the other grass, second image is the mystery grass growing by itself, third image is both grasses on paper. First two are the grass I planted, the other two is the mystery grass. Lastly, is a better image of the mystery grass. Any help is greatly appreciated.
