Start searching for photos you like. Houzz has a huge number of all types. When you see something that appeals, save the photo. Then you can start looking for floor tile of that type.

I will say one very practical floor for a sunroom is porcelain tile. You can get everything from wood look to marble look, stone and in between. It's very durable, practical and affordable too. Perhaps start with a search on porcelain tile in whatever finish you like. It's digitally printed. I've even seen porcelain tile that looks like metal.

Where your house is, and do you have preferences-something bolder, something subdued? With a lot of traction, or it's not a concern? are your floor planks on the narrow side, or are they wide?

There are million of tile options, but when you start thinking about your own space they usually shrink real fast:)

I can envision black and cream checkerboard floor in French Colonial(disclaimer: in no way I'm a specialist in French Colonials, or any other colonials for that matter. Just looking at the pictures for some time). I can maybe see brick..maybe herringbone pattern? I can see terracotta. I can see limestone. I can even see cement tile..with colorway and pattern that are not too wild. Lots of nice porcelain out there too, nowadays.

So much depends on what else will be in the house, where it is, and what you're driven to.

Stores can be really overwhelming-I know I want to scream and cry after an hour in a stone and tile stores row. Try to look at some images first in the comfort of your home-books, magazines, internet(Houzz, Pinterest, etc., etc.) See where are you leaning. (You will be leaning somewhere for sure. Even if just a little). Then try to envision how the whole scheme will look, and whether it makes sense functionally /speaks to you as a whole. Then you can start narrowing it down.

I find it difficult to search for tile online. Too many choices and color variations due to computer monitor and lighting. I'd take your cabinet, counter, back splash, paint, and oak samples into a store to help you narrow down quickly given your short timeline. If you are already working with a flooring supplier for the wood and they have a good selection of tile I'd start there.

Thank you for your suggestions so far. I think I am experiencing some decision all fatigue and the idea of making one more (BIG) decision is very daunting.

Rococo girl: I looked through the houzz pics that I have saved - they all have wood floor. Apparently I am consistent! I will have to search for tile pics and browse that way.

Stan: this is a good idea. I also do not trust the appearance of color of the computer. I will seek the advice of the flooring guys too.

April: I have messy little kids so ease of cleaning is definitely a concern. Our floor planks vary from about 2-4inches, and our ceilings are quite low so I am cautious to do anything too dark. I have more subdued tastes, but the idea of cream and black checkerboard and herringbone brick is appealing! These had not crossed my mind before so thank you for the inspiration :)

So are you looking for something that ties into the design choices you have already made or something that brings in a bit of unique personality in the sunroom? 10x7 is a small room. Are you using it for seating with furniture or is it more of a back foyer leading to the yard?

If you want something with personality I'd recommend leaving the sunroom floor unfinished for a bit, thinking about what you want, and finish it within a few months. Don't rush it. The examples given above such as black/cream checkerboard or herringbone brick are personalized. They might be quite nice but I wouldn't rush into them. Cream colored porcelain that looks like limestone is more neutral and could be a quicker decision if that's the direction you want to go.
