Pull-down or pull-out faucet

I have a Grohe Ladylux Plus pull out faucet. I like it just fine.

Since we are changing our countertops and sink, I have a choice of keeping it, or getting a new one.

I did some research and found this one I like a lot - Kohler Bellera Pull down

Compared to what I have now:

I like the look of the Bellera better; but there is nothing wrong with the Grohe. Grohe's don't come cheap, but the Kohler is priced well - at around $300. We have the budget for it. We are going with this sink:

Blanco Drop-In Super Single Bowl Silgranit II, Drop-In Sink, Cinder · More Info

My "design instincts" tell me to switch it. What do you think?
