How should I proceed with dying potted mandarin?

My mandarin is about 5 years old, 4.5 feet high, and lives in a pot. In winter I put it under grow lights. Since last year it has been slowly losing all leaves and the ones that remain are yellowing. Many branches have no leaves at all. It did make fruit for the first time and I just picked off all 5 of them, which were ripe, sweer, and delicious. How should I proceed to help revive her though? I was thinking of cutting back all of the branches without leaves, repotting her, and pinching off blooms this year to focus on growth. Is that a good plan? Any advice would be great, thanks!
